    摘要：人工智能与5G网络的融合，为图书馆转型升级带来新机遇。图书馆要实现泛在化智慧服务，有必要转变思维理念，实现“互联网+”智慧服务;坚持公益，推动智慧服务均等化发展;开拓创新，满足用户多元化需求。通过建立需求表达机制、分工协作机制和互利共赢机制，建立科学的泛在化智慧服务，打造基于5G网络的泛在化智慧服务模式。
