    摘要：近年来，关于针刺复式手法治病的探讨较多，临床常将“烧山火”针法结合相关腧穴配伍用于治疗虚证。基于此，文章通过析源溯流，结合现代研究，探讨“烧山火”针法补虚的理论和临床基础，以期为“烧山火”针法更好地应用于临床虚证治疗提供参考。
