    摘要：胆汁反流性胃炎是消化系统的常见病、多发病，近年来随着我国经济增强、生活水平提高，国人饮食方式的改变、生活压力的增加以及纤维胃镜的普及，发病率及检出率呈现逐年上升的趋势，降低了患者的生活质量。西医目前以促进胃动力、保护胃黏膜、抑酸等治疗为主，但疗效欠佳，且易反复。中医药以整体观为指导，辨证论治，对胆汁反流性胃炎的治疗取得了较好的疗效。文章就近5年来中医治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的研究做一综述，以供参考。
