    摘要：在医学信息高速增长、医院科研人员信息需求差异巨大的背景下，苏北人民医院图书馆精准定位核心服务对象、分析不同类型科研人员的信息需求，通过嵌入课题申报全流程、开展检索技能培训、提供多样化推送途径等方式，有针对性地向申报临床课题、医技课题、护理课题、管理课题、博士科研启动课题等科研人员提供多样化、专业化、个性化、主动化的泛在信息服务，实现科研课题数量及质量同步提升，促进医院科研发展。
