【摘要】目的：探讨老年冠心病患者便秘的预防和护理。方法：各种护理干预和措施，如：合理膳食、适当运动、合理药物运用等。结果：有效减少老年冠心病患者便秘的发生。结论：通过减少老年冠心病患者便秘的发生，有效提高老年冠心病患者的生存率，减少猝死的发生。
