【摘要】目的 对急性冠脉综合征恢复期冠状动脉造影20例进行了分析。方法 20例患者入院后均接受一般内科治疗，冠脉造影以了解冠脉血供情况，必要时行PCI术。结果 延迟经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死疗效显著、安全可靠。结论 对于急性冠脉综合征患者由于各种原因未能早期行血管重建术者，建议恢复期进行冠脉造影以便评估冠脉血供情况。
