【摘要】目的 对无症状性脑梗死患者的颈动脉内膜增厚与超敏c-反应蛋白进行分析，探讨其与无症状性脑梗死的关系。方法 分别对30例无症状性脑梗死患者、30例有症状性脑梗死患者和30例健康者行颈动脉彩色多普勒检查和超敏C-反应蛋白量测定。结果 3组受检者的颈动脉内膜增厚发生率、颈动脉内膜中层厚度比较，超敏C-反应蛋白水平均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 颈动脉内膜增厚的程度及超敏C-反应蛋白与无症状性脑梗死有一定的相关性。
