【摘要】心脏直视术后，由于心脏组织结构与功能的影响，呼吸系统亦有很大影响，故呼吸道护理具有重要意义。本文结合基本病理、生理知识，具体分析特殊病例，提出了呼吸道护理的特殊要求，旨在提高术后呼吸道管理，预防肺部并发症，促使病人早日康复。
