【摘要】目的 探讨整体护理在老年肺心病护理中的应用。方法 47例老年肺心病患者均给予从生理到心理的整体护理。观察患者对护理工作的满意度及其病情的缓解情况。结果 全部患者经过护理后均好转出院，患者护理满意度为95.7%。结论 对老年肺心病患者采取生理、心理相结合的整体护理模式，以缓解患者病情，提高护理质量。
