【摘要】目的 分析覆膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗Debakey Ⅲ型主动脉夹层的效果，总结治疗的经验。方法 回顾分析2012年8月～2013年4月在本科采用腔内隔绝术治疗的Debakey Ⅲ型主动脉夹层患者9例的临床资料。结果 9例患者全部成功植入支架。1例出现截瘫，随访1～9月，无移植物移位，内漏，瘤体破裂等并发症发生。结论 覆膜支架腔内隔绝术是治疗DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层的有效方法，具有安全，微创的优点。
