【摘要】近年来随着慢性心力衰竭病理生理机制研究的不断深入，β-受体阻滞剂由过去心衰治疗的禁忌证转变为适应证，本文就卡维地洛和美托洛尔这两者从临床药理学和循证医学角度作一比较，结果显示，卡维地洛比美托洛尔疗效更佳。
