【摘要】目的 探究降压灵治疗I～Ⅱ级原发性高血压病的疗效。方法 选择在我院门诊治疗的100例I～Ⅱ级原发性高血压病患者，将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者给予口服卡托普利，治疗组患者给予口服降压灵，两组均治疗4周，观察比较患者血压下降水平及症状的改善情况。结果 降压效果、症状改善情况治疗组均明显优于对照组。结论 自拟降压灵治疗I～Ⅱ级原发性高血压病能够取得良好的疗效，且用药安全，值得在临床推广应用。
