慢性硬膜下血肿术后并发症及防治
【摘要】目的 探讨慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后常见并发症的病因及预防措施。方法 回顾性分析我科2010年1月～2014年9月收治的46例出现慢性硬膜下血肿术后并发症患者的资料。结果 患者均经对症治疗后好转。颅内积气13例，低颅压11例，血肿复发4例，继发性颅内血肿3例，继发性癫痫2例，脑积液引流量过多2例。结论 针对并发症发生原因及早采取措施对症处理，可有效预防并发症的发生，改善预后。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the complications and prevention measures of drilling drainage surgery in chronic subdural hematoma. Methods The data of 46 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively from January 2010 to September 2014. Results 13 cases had complication with pneumocephalus. 11 patients were in the condition of intracranial hypotension. Cases with recurrent hematomas were 4. And 3 cases were found with delayed intracerebral hematoma. Cases of postoperative epilepsy and cerebrospinal fluid leakage were relatively 2. Conclusion Timely prevention and treatment can improve the prognosis of patients.
