氯沙坦钾对高血压患者脉搏波速度影响研究(2)
氯沙坦钾作为一种常用的抗高血压药物,对脉搏波影响的机制与肾素-血管紧张素系统关系密切。有研究发现血管紧张素II是肾素-血管紧张素系统主要活性物质,为强效血管收缩剂,在高血压发病过程中起主要作用[5]。血管紧张素II与平滑肌等多种组织内与AT1受体结合,产生血管收缩和醛固酮释放在内的多种重要的生物学效应。而氯沙坦钾作为合成的、强效口服活性药物。可与AT1受体选择性结合抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统,阻止血管收缩,逆转血管重构、改善动脉顺应性而降低血压、影响动脉弹性导致PWV发生改变。
