【摘要】目的 探讨卒中单元模式下中医护理综合体系对中风患者运动功能和生活自理能力的影响。方法 将240例中风患者随机分为对照组116例(实施传统中医护理管理)和观察组124例(实施卒中单元模式下中医护理综合体系管理)。结果 观察组肢体运动功能和生活自理能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组对健康知识的理解程度以及饮食和药物依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 实施该体系管理能够使中风患者肢体运动功能得到改善、生活自理能力得到提高，以及对中风相关知识有深入的理解，并提高其治疗及护理的依从性。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the influence of the comprehensive system of TCM nursing in stroke patients on the function of motor function and the ability of self-care in stroke patients.Methods 240 patients with stroke were randomly divided into a control group of 116 (traditional Chinese medicine nursing management) and the observation group of 124 cases (the management of TCM nursing care system under the stroke unit mode).Results The physical function and self-care ability of the group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The understanding of health knowledge in observation group and diet and drug compliance were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of the system management can improve limb movement function in patients with stroke ......
