【摘要】目的 对比分析标准四联疗法、序贯疗法对胃溃疡H.pylori阳性患者治疗价值。方法 随机抽取医院2017年2月～2018年2月期间收治的80例胃溃疡H.pylori阳性患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，其中对照组使用标准四联疗法，研究组使用序贯疗法。结果 两组患者的不良反应发生率对比，对照组低于研究组(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论 研究组使用序贯疗法根治H.Pylori明显高于对照组，同时促进溃疡愈合 ，避免了不良反应发生率，建议值得推广。
