【摘要】目的 观察、分析对肱骨外上髁炎76例分2组分别采用针刺治疗与温针灸治疗的疗效。方法 选取本院门诊肱骨外上髁炎患者76例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组。A组(观察组)接受温针灸治疗，B组(对照组)使用针刺治疗，分析其应用价值。结果 B组治疗总有效率低于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组肘部压痛评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对肱骨外上髁炎采用温针灸治疗与针刺治疗，前者治疗效果更加显著。
