【摘要】目的 观察CT与MRI诊断颅内损伤的临床效果。方法 在本院中选取48例自2017年10月～2019年10月期间就诊的急性颅脑损伤患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者检查采用CT扫描，观察组采用MRI。结果 观察组的诊出率显著高于对照组，且当血肿厚度大于6 mm时观察组的检查效果要明显优于对照组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 通过对急性颅脑损伤患者进行核磁共振检查，能够准确找到患者病灶，为医生提供准确的诊断依据，降低患者病情恶化风险，值得推广应用。
