【摘要】桥本氏甲状腺炎是内分泌代谢病科的常见疾病，可分为甲减期、亚临床甲减期、甲亢期、亚临床甲亢期和甲功正常期五个期。桥本属于中医瘿病的范畴，此病病程较长，缠绵难愈。此处记载吾师疏肝养血、健脾化痰法治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎验案一则。
