【摘要】 目的：分析和研究温阳化湿法治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年10月～2012年 10月收治的寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者128例，将其随机分为对照组及治疗组，分别采用少腹逐瘀胶囊及温阳化湿法治疗。结果：对照组总有效率为82.8%，治疗组总有效率为96.9%，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床治疗阳虚寒凝型慢性盆腔炎采用温阳化湿法，疗效优越，值得广泛推广。
