【摘要】食物中毒是指因进食被细菌或其他毒素污染的食品而引起的一类急性疾病，是急诊科的常见疾病。本文总结了2013年1月至2013年8月到我院急诊就诊的32例食物中毒患者的护理经验，以期为食物中毒的急诊提供依据与参考。
