【摘要】目的：分析住院精神病患者自杀的相关因素及所要采取的防范措施。方法：对我院近19年来住院精神病人自杀的10例病例进行回顾性分析。结果：住院精神病患者自杀与自身疾病及心理、社会、家庭等方面有密切关系，有显著的临床意义。结论：精神病患者自杀是多因素作用的结果，采取有效的风险评估与实施有效的防范措施，能够有效的减少病人的自杀风险。
