【摘要】目的：讨论外科急腹症临床观察，分析护理要点。方法：对我院320例急腹症患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经过严密观察与护理，本组患者的焦虑情绪、疼痛症状等均有所缓解。结论：对外科急腹症患者生命体征、临床症状进行严密检测与观察，及时采取有效的护理措施，对后续治疗十分有利。

Clinical observation and nursing of acute abdomen patients
【Abstract】 Objective： to discuss the clinical observation of acute abdomen， analysis the nursing points. Methods： the clinical nursing data of 320 cases of patients with acute abdomen in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： after close observation and nursing care， the patients anxiety， pain symptoms were relieved. Conclusion： strict detection and observation of acute abdomen patients vital signs， clinical symptoms， timely and effective nursing measures， is very beneficial to the subsequent treatment.
