综合护理干预对子宫肌瘤手术患者并发症、满意度及生活质量的影响研究

【摘要】目的：探讨综合护理干预对子宫肌瘤手术患者并发症、满意度及生活质量的影响。方法：将2011年6月-2013年6月我院收治的120例子宫肌瘤手术患者随机平均分为两组，观察组60例给予综合护理干预，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者术后并发症、护理满意度及生活质量。结果：观察组患者术后并发症发生率、护理满意度及生活质量得分均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预可有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率，明显提高患者的护理满意度及生活质量。
