西安市农民健康教育需求现状分析

【摘要】 目的：了解西安市农民对健康教育的需求，为进一步开展工作提供科学依据。方法：随机抽取西安市742 名农村家庭户主为研究对象，对其采用问卷进行健康知识内容需求情况、传播途径及知识获取情况进行调查研究。结果：742 份调查问卷有效回收668 份，有效回收率为90.03%，慢性病防治、合理营养搭配等均具有较高的需求度，希望获取知识的途径主要以广播、电视为主，知识需求种类、希望获取知识的途径及获得知识的情况之间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：西安市农民对健康教育的需求及满足的现状之间存在较大的差异，且需求知识种类和途径差异也较大，应在干预的过程中给予重视。
