【摘要】目的：研究风险管理在护理管理中的作用。方法：对比实施风险管理前后的相关数据。结果：风险管理实施后护理纠纷发生概率低于实施前(P<0.05)，患者满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论：通过实施风险管理可以降低护理纠纷概率，提高患者满意度，提升护理服务意识和技能水平。

【Abstract】Objective: to study the role of risk management in nursing management. Methods: before and after contrast to implement risk management of related data. Results: after the implementation of risk management greatly reduced nursing disputes probability (P < 0.05) and improve the patient satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion: through the implementation of risk management can reduce the probability of nursing disputes, improve patient satisfaction, enhance the level of nursing service consciousness and skills.
