【摘要】目的：探讨卵巢畸胎瘤58例的围手术期护理。方法:对58例卵巢畸胎瘤患者资料进行总结分析。结果:58 例患者都能得到良好的护理, 尤其是心理护理, 治疗效果较满意。结论:做好卵巢畸胎瘤患者的病情观察和心理护理十分重要。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the peri operation period nursing of 58 cases ofovarian teratoma. Methods: to analyze 58 cases of teratoma of ovary patient data.Results: 58 patients can get good care, especially psychological nursing, the treatmenteffect was satisfactory. Objective: To observe the disease and psychological nursing of patients with ovarian teratoma is very important.

【中图分类号】R473.71【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-6851(2014)06 卵巢畸胎瘤是卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤中常见的一种，而成熟畸胎瘤表面光滑，壁厚，囊内充满油脂和毛发，有时可见牙齿或骨质卵巢畸胎瘤是卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤中常见的一种,卵巢畸胎瘤种类有成熟畸胎瘤和未成熟畸胎瘤等。其中9 5 % 以上是囊性成熟畸胎瘤。我科于2009.6一2012.8 年收治了58例卵巢畸胎瘤患者,现对护理情况介绍如下：
1资料与方法
11一般资料：本组58 例患者, 其中成熟畸胎瘤50 例, 未成熟畸胎瘤8例；,年龄18一40 岁,平均年龄30 岁。
