【摘要】 目的：了解本中心抗精神分裂症药物的应用情况及变化趋势。方法：采用频度分析和金额排序对某中心2010 ～ 2013年抗精神病药物的应用进行统计分析。结果： 抗精神病药的年用药金额及治疗日数( DDDs) 逐年增长，且增幅较大。非典型药物因疗效确切、不良反应少占有很大的份额； 典型药物虽然价格便宜，但因副作用大其应用已开始逐渐减少。结论： 非典型抗精神药物的应用逐年增长，药物的选择趋于高效、低副。
