人流术后立即放置曼月乐的临床研究

【摘要】 目的： 研究人流术后立即放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)减少出血时间和出血量方面的作用。方法：随机抽取179例人流术后立即放置曼月乐的育龄妇女，其中包括高危妊娠女性，观察其避孕效果和异常反应等情况。结果：放置初期出血量显著减少，出血时间略有延长。放置6个月后月经血量显著减少，月经周期基本规律。脱落率率较低，避孕效果优越。结论：曼月乐避孕效果好，副作用小，能有效减少出血时间和月经血量，值得临床推广应用。
