石蜡油和盐酸丁卡因胶浆用于男性病人导尿润滑的研究(1)

【摘要】目的：探讨盐酸丁卡因胶浆在男性病人导尿时的应用。方法：将2012年1月～2013年1月的男性因为各种原因导尿的病人60例随机分为实验组和对照组两组各30例，实验组采用盐酸丁卡因胶浆润滑导尿和对照组采用传统的石蜡油润滑导尿进行比较，观察两组病人导尿时疼痛感、尿道损伤出现、一次性插管成功率 。结果：对照组导尿的一次性插管成功率、插管时的疼痛度、尿道损伤均优于对照组。结论：盐酸丁卡因胶浆用于男性病人导尿可减少插入时的刺激，缓解疼痛，提高插管的成功率，并且减少导尿引起的尿道损失出血。降低患者插管后10min尿道刺激反应程度明显。
