【摘要】目的：分析开腹修补术和胃大部切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床效果，方法：将我院2014年12月～2016年8月期间收治的40例胃十二脂肠穿孔患者进行分组研究，采用数字随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组20例；观察组行开腹修补术，对照组行胃大部切除术。结果：观察组患者的手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，结论：开腹修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的整体效果优于胃大部切除术，方法经验证效果确切可在临床中借鉴并推广。
