【摘要】目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的情况，然后分析相应的临床防治措施。方法：选取2016年9月-2017年9月接受治疗的50例行腹腔镜手术的患者，回顾性分析其临床防治过程，分析防治并发症的相关措施。结果：在50例患者中，有12例出现了不同的并发症，经过必要的防治措施，得到了很好的治疗。结论：通过采取必要的措施，能够很好地防治妇科腹腔镜手术并发症。
