【摘 要】目的：新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是新生儿窒息导致的脑损伤，研究该病与低钙血症的关系。方法：比较不同程度疾病和不同日龄的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的血钙变化情况。结果：不同程度疾病和不同日龄的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病其血钙含量均差异显著。结论：新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病病情严重程度与低钙血症有显著关系。

    [Abstract] Objective：Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)is the brain injury caused by neonatal asphyxia，and the relationship between the disease and hypocalcemia is studied.Methods：to compare the changes of blood calcium of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in different degrees and differentdays.Results：the blood calcium of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy was significant in different degrees and different days.Conclusion：neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has a significant relationship with hypocalcemia.
