【摘要】目的： 探讨电话随访对急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜手术术后院外自我效能及护理服务满意度的影响。 方法： 选70例行腹腔镜胆囊炎患者进行电话随访调查和康复指导，分析效果和影响。对照组35例用单纯给予出院指导，研究组接受定期电话随访。 结果： 研究组患者的自我效能和护理慢满意度均好于对照组，组间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论： 定期电话随访对急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜手术术后院外康复有着明显优势，提高了自我效能评分和护理服务满意度，值得推广应用。
