【摘要】目的：分析肠梗阻手术患者并发肠瘘的原因与护理效果。方法：选择接受的86例肠梗阻手术并发肠瘘患者作为案例，按照编号分组，分别是对照组和观察组，分别进行的是常规护理和综合护理，护理后总结结果。结果：本次研究中对两组患者的瘘口愈合时间分析，观察组的优势更为明显。结论：对于肠梗阻手术并发肠瘘的患者进行综合护理指导，效果明显，能促进瘘口的愈合，提升整体满意率。
