【摘要】目的： 探究膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断中核磁共振成像技术的应用效果。方法：对46例我院收治的膝关节前交叉韧带断裂患者分别予以关节镜检测、核磁共振成像技术检测，对比不同检查方法的准确率。结果： MRI诊断准确率95.65%比关节镜检测准确率80.43%高(P<0.05)。 结论：核磁共振成像技术对膝关节前交叉韧带断裂诊断，准确率高。
