【摘要】总结1例放射性直肠炎患者行肠菌移植治疗的护理经验。移植前对病人进行全面评估、制定护理方案、确定移植途径、移植后密切监测病情及并发症，实施个体化体位管理，全程注重人文关怀护理;完善出院健康宣教及延续护理、随访。经过精心护理，病人好转出院。随访半年，病人未见腹泻、腹痛等症状，对生活质量满意。
