【摘要】目的：探讨影响口腔修复中应用预成纤维桩与可塑纤维桩对修复效果的影响。方法：选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院口腔科修复治疗的患者80例进行研究，将其按照治疗方式的不同分成预成纤维桩组和可塑纤维桩组，对比两组的修复效果。结果：预成纤维桩组患者的修复成功率95%和修复满意率97.5%均高于可塑纤维桩组，比较差异显著，P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论：与可塑纤维桩相比，预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用更为理想，能够提高修复成功率，且更加美观，值得进一步推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effects of pre-fibril piles and plastic fiber piles on the repair effect in the treatment of oral prosthesis.
