【摘要】目的：探讨在对脑瘫儿童康复治疗环节中心理干预所发挥出的作用。方法：本次研究以我院38例接受康复治疗的脑瘫儿童为主，收治时间为2018年10月-2019年7月，将所选患者分为两组，采用常规护理和心理干预两种护理手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：在心理干预联合康复治疗过程中，观察组脑瘫儿童适应性和大动作行为评分值均得到显著提升，与对照组相比较，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：在对脑瘫儿童康复治疗时，给予患儿更多的心理护理，患儿适应性行为和大动作行为能力均得到提升，康复治疗效果更加显著，具有较高的应用价值。
