【摘要】目的：了解并总结在对呼吸道感染疾病患者临床治疗时，阿奇霉素药剂治疗的效果以及药理特性。方法：对2017年11月-2019年1月期间在本院接受诊疗的88例呼吸道感染疾病患者分组研究，对照组与研究组，每组44例。分别利用常规治疗方法与常规治疗方法加以阿奇霉素药剂治疗。对治疗的效果与患者发生不良症状情况统计。结果：在对治疗效果与患者发生不良症状情况统计时，研究组更加优异P<0.05。结论：在对呼吸道感染疾病患者临床治疗时，阿奇霉素药剂治疗对效果具有提升的作用，并对不良症状的发生具有控制的作用，进一步的促进患者的康复，可以在临床治疗中推广利用。

    [Abstract] Objective：to understand and summarize the efficacy and pharmacological characteristics of azithromycin in the treatment of respiratory tract infections. Methods：The patients with respiratory tract infections who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital between November 2017 and January 2019 were divided into two groups.
