【摘要】目的：研究动态关节松动术Mulligan结合改良斜扳法治疗腰椎小关节紊乱的具体临床使用效果。方法： 随机抽取我院2018年12月～2019年2月收治的80例腰椎小关节紊乱患者，将其平均分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者实施牵引治疗，而观察患者运用动态关节松动术Mulligan结合改良斜扳法，对比两组患者治疗有效率。结果：运用动态关节松动术Mulligan结合改良斜扳法的观察组治疗有效率为97.5%，优于对照组患者的治疗有效率85%，组间具有差异(P<0.05)。结论：针对腰椎小关节紊乱患者运用动态关节松动术Mulligan结合改良斜扳法可以提升治疗效果。
