【摘要】脐动脉血气分析是评价胎儿宫内氧合和酸碱平衡状况的重要依据，是诊断围生期窒息的必要指标。由于胎儿循环的特殊性，妊娠分娩过程中多种因素均可引起脐动脉血气结果的变化。笔者拟对产程时限、妊娠期相关疾病、延迟结扎脐带、孕妇超重和肥胖对脐动脉血气分析影响的相关研究进行阐述。
