【摘要】目的：讨论ICU护士实施压力管理对护理质量的影响。方法：将60名ICU 护士纳入本次实验，按回顾分析法将其中30名纳进对照组(采用常规管理模式)，剩余30例纳进实验组(实施压力管理模式)，比较2组应用价值。结果：实验组护理人员不良事件总发生率为6.67%，显著低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05);实验组患者总满意度是97.50%，明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论：ICU护士实施压力管理效果显著，有效降低不良事件发生，且提高患者满意度。
