【摘要】目的：探促宫颈成熟药物应用于延期妊娠孕妇的效果分析。方法：选取90例2019年5月～2020年3月收治的延期妊娠孕妇，分为两组，普贝生组用普贝生引产，催产素组采用催产素引产。结果：普贝生组临产时间、总产程时间短于催产素组，剖宫产率、高胆红素血症发生率低于催产素组(P<0.05)。结论：普贝生应用于延期妊娠產妇具有一定催产效果，可促进产妇和围产儿结局改善。
