【摘 要】目的：分析老年人心血管病药物治疗及其不良反应。方法：选择本院2019年1月-2020年1月老年心血管病患者100例，展开回归性分析，确定发生不良反应的药物，并分析患者的不良反应情况。结果：嗜睡萎靡、头晕头痛发生率最高，其次为心动过缓、窦房暂停、低钾低钠。结论：老年人心血管病药物发生不良反应主要集中在抗心律失常类药物、强效利尿剂、血管扩张剂等几个方面，需结合实际情况进行疾病的干预。
