摘要精神分裂症是一种重性精神疾病。精神分裂症患者普遍存在睡眠障碍。食欲相关因子参与精神分裂症的发生发展，也在睡眠觉醒调节中发挥重要作用。本文就食欲相关因子在精神分裂症睡眠障碍中的研究进展作简单综述，为精神分裂症睡眠障碍的治疗和缓解提供参考依据。
