摘要 Orexin是下丘脑外侧区分泌的一种兴奋性神经肽，研究显示，Orexin在睡眠-觉醒调节以及学习记忆中发挥重要作用。睡眠剥夺导致Orexin水平的改变，并参与学习记忆过程。本文拟对近年来关于睡眠剥夺、学习记忆与Orexin之间关系的相关研究做一综述，对进一步了解Orexin系统在睡眠剥夺影响学习记忆中的作用提供新启示。
