独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者睡眠质量与炎性反应因子的影响(1)

     摘要 目的：探讨独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者睡眠质量与炎性反应因子的影响。方法：选取2012年1月至2016年4月贵州省人民医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例，根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组60例，对照组口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片联合牵引治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上结合独活寄生汤进行治疗，2组患者均连续治疗1个月。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后炎性反应因子水平、疼痛、腰椎功能状况和睡眠质量。结果：治疗后观察组的总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(78.33%)(P<0.01);与治疗前比较，治疗后2组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);与治疗前比较，治疗后2组患者VAS与PSQI评分均下降，且观察组低于對照组(P<0.01);2组患者JOA评分均升高，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著，可有效降低体内炎性反应因子水平，明显改善患者的疼痛状况与睡眠质量，促进其腰椎功能的恢复。

    its Influence on the Quality of Sleep and Inflammatory Factors of Patients

    Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of duhuo jisheng decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and its influence on the quality of sleep and inflammatory factors of patients.Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2012 to April 2016 were divided into observation group (n=60)and control group (n=60)accroding to the difference of treatment methods，Control group was treated by oral diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with traction，observation group was treated with duhuo jisheng decoction on the basis of the control group，The patients in 2 groups treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical efficacy，inflammatory factors levels，pain，lumbar function and the quality of sleep before and after treatment between 2 groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of observation group (96.67%)was higher than that of control group (78.33%)(P<0.01);Compared with before treatment，the level of IL-6 TNF-α decreased in 2 groups after treatment，and the level of TNF-α in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01);Compared with before treatment，the scores of VAS and PSQI decreased in 2 groups after treatment，and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.01);The JOA scores in 2 groups were higher than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion：Duhuo jisheng decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating lumbar disc herniation，which can effectively reduce the inflammatory factors levels in the body，improve the pain status and the quality of sleep of patients，and promote the recovery of lumbar vertebra function., 百拇医药(杨先礼)
