摘要目的：观察精神科护理中精细化管理的应用效果。方法：采用配对比较法选取2016年1月至2018年1月福州神经精神病防治院收治的精神分裂症患者90例分为接受常规护理管理的对照组及接受精细化管理的观察组，每组45例，对2组应用效果进行观察和比较。结果：观察组护理满意度8889%、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分(898±102)分，对照组护理满意度7778%、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分(1202±100)分，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：精神科护理中应用精细化管理有助于改善患者睡眠质量，提高其对于临床护理工作的满意度，值得推广使用。
