摘要 由于在臨床工作中，发作性睡病常被误诊为其他精神疾病，所以本文系统梳理了有关发作性睡病精神症状的鉴别诊断，以发作性睡病的3个主要临床表现为关键点，分别与相关精神疾病进行鉴别。本文一方面从临床表现进行鉴别，另一方面从治疗角度进行鉴别，并于文末附表说明。希望可以为临床工作提供有益的参考。
